By downloading, accessing, or using MiSpent, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MiSpent is an AI-powered expense tracking and budgeting application designed to help users manage finances, monitor spending habits, receive financial insights, and organize expenses through intelligent automation and voice-assisted features.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of MiSpent.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI & Voice Features

You understand that:

  • AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate

  • Voice processing may rely on third-party services

  • You are responsible for reviewing financial entries and recommendations

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Payments will be charged through your Apple ID account

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

  • Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies

You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

7. Data & Privacy

MiSpent may collect and store:

8. Cloud Sync & Backup
